Mr Yoann Samakh le nouveau chef, et son épouse Amélie au service, ont repris le restaurant la farigoulette ( thym en provençal ) en septembre 2023.
Au menu, une cuisine élaborée avec des produit frais de saison, faite maison alliant tradition, modernité et saveurs provençales.
A noter, une prédilection pour la cuisson à basse température ainsi qu' au barbecue.

2 fourchettes au Guide Michelin en 2022 et une Toque au Gault et Millau en 2023.
