Le Moulin de Callas
In Provence, in the heart of the Var, between the Mediterranean and the Gorges du Verdon, the Bérenguier family produces French olive oils: the family cuvée "Coeur de Culture" has won numerous awards in Paris at the general agricultural competition (assemblage Cayon, Cailletier, Coucourelle, Ribier, Picholine, Aglandau and Bouteillan), a monovarietal Ribier oil (also called Plant de Callas, this variety is emblematic of the basin.
