Our chef Kohei Ohata, awarded the Assiette Michelin by the Michelin Guide, offers you a menu of suggestions or an Evening Menu that changes every day, as well as a Tasting Menu. The cuisine is refined and innovative, using local produce. The menu changes according to what's available in season. In July and August, there is also an afternoon snack menu.
Our bar offers the great classics, as well as non-alcoholic drinks. Garden lounges scattered around the park make ideal relaxation areas.
Our hotel-restaurant is located on the outskirts of the village of Fontvieille, on an axis between Arles, Maussane-les-Alpilles and Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, an ideal location for exploring the region.
